Returned item(s) must be unused, in same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. Please note, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping when returning your item(s). If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email that your items was received and if your return is approved or denied. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days. Please note shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account or credit card company once again, since it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you still have not yet received your refund, please contact us here.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Should you receive a defective or damaged item and need to exchange it please contact us here and we will be happy to assist you with the exchange.
